Oh what a slacker I am

It's been a while since I have posted. I started the Couch to 5k program last week. Yesterday was Day 4, it was the first increase, it was good but it hurt. We (my husband and I) are going to register for a 5k run that is in October. Once the paperwork is in we have committed. It is a scary thought but I really want to do it.


  1. Wow, you haven't posted in a while. ;) Great idea to just sign up for it and then you kinda have to do it. You can do it. Just slowly work up to it.
